Denise,
You are not alone and you are really doing great! I have stayed away because I was at a stand still for over 2 months. I have just started loosing again two weeks ago. I am 3 months out and have only lost 44 lbs. but now I am happy again. Some of us go slower than others. Don't let it get you down. You are doing fine.
Starting weight 269
last friday 229
today 225 4 lbs. total = 44 lbs.
Janet - Wow you have really really done so well. Good for you and congrats! I want to be like you when I grow up. LOL
Jan, what do you do to break your plateau?
Congrats to all of you! I will try to do better at getting on here now.
