Hi everyone, Well-its that time of the week again~I had another moving week with the scales-thats too exciting for me!!!! Weight day of seminar (07/08/06)=438 Weight day of surgery (RNY 11/29/06)=394 Weight loss B4 surgery=44# Weight last Friday=265# Weight today=262# Total weight loss this week=3# Total weight loss so far=177#  (YAY for me...Baby circle dance) Hope you all had an inspiring week-and if not-keep yer chin up~

you would think that all that i have gone to the bathroom that i would have lost weight but NOOOOO didnt happen. so im just going to ignore you ....happy for you and your weight loss how ever. lol
