Well....I did it!!!!

I put my appeal packet in the mail today?!  I am already a backet case, just thinking about the wait.   Hopefully they will get back to me soon with a  positive answer.   Keep your fingers crossed for me.  Thanks,  Layla

Layla,      Just wanted you to know that I'm hoping that they get back to you soon and with a positive answer. It really sucks to have to wait. Congrats on taking that step to appeal it! I heard on "Good Morning America" on a segment about insurance companies that some denials can happen because of simple clerical errors with coding and etc. Which was soooo shocking to me that people have been denied medical procedures on such a simple mistake and may have not appealed it and went without. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you -- keep us updated on what happens!!!
