~Are you having an August surgery?~

Hi Everyone, I just wanted to throw a post to ask if you or anyone you know is having an August surgery? If so-please post and give us the day and what hospital-AND if you have an angel already~ok?   If you dont have an angel yet-we will get you hooked up with someone, and we can all pray for you or your loved one during the preop, surgery and recovery.

Please post, even if its not wls-we can still add you to the prayer post, ok?

So far I know Sug is having gallbladder surgery today, Becky is having gallbladder surgery tomorrow and I know we have some WLS going on this month-just dont have dates and names.

Rebecca M-your set for this month, right? I have it written down as the 18th, but that wouldnt be right, because that is a Sat-so if your reading this-please put the correct date down and I will get my phone number emailed to you so you have it for your contact person to call me afterwards ok?

Janet...I have a few on my calender I thought Id list incase they aren't on to post for themselves in time.... I have ..... Tammy C & Countrygirl for the 8th for WLS Michelle for 22 for WLS Godsongbird for WLS 29th Im sure there may be more...I have had so much going on lately I have not been able to keep up with the board but I did have those 4 down....hope that helps... Beckys surgery for tomorrow got canceled wil be next week sometime i think. Will let you all know later.   Jan

Hi dear praying friends...  Indeed my gall bladder surgery did get postponed due to needing to be off one of the medications for 2 two weeks.... it is rescheduled for Monday, August 13th. Please pray nothing gets in the way of the surgery this time... as I posted on Jan's: What's Happening Monday.... On Friday I broke out all over my body  in what looks like chicken pox but maybe just a allergic reaction to something.  Sure has itched, but is some better today.  Will be taking our oldest daughter to college in Texas on the 22nd and need to be at least good enough to ride in some measure of comfort for the long trip to and from... that will be just a little over a week from the surgery if it goes according to schedule. Thank you so very much....may you be blessed back a million times over for your thoughtfulness and faithful prayers! bec

yep!! I am August 29th. whoo Hoo!! I started my liquid diet today. Did pretty good except I took 3 bites of Turkey  strogonoff while i was making it for the kids. Sigh. I will do better tomorrow. Janet, thanks for volunteering to be my angel. I will have my husband call you, if you email me your number. He will be there waiting. He has taken a week and a half off to stay with me 24/7 but has the option to go back if I do not need him..lol BTW how is the biofreeze working? Rebecca
