Plastic Surgery Help

Hi there :) I had surgery 11 months ago and I have lost 140lbs!  I'd like to lose another 45, but I'm starting to think about plastics, concentrating on the thighs, breasts and tummy. Each surgeon I called said they have never seen anyone get any plastics covered by insurance.  I have UHC Choice Plus High Option, and they informed me while it's not an inclusion, there is no exclusion on the policy. Has anyone here had plastics?  Did insurance cover any of it?  If so, what did you do to get it covered.  If not, how much did you pay? Thanks :)
