Over the weekend I found some really good cookbooks at "The Half Price Book Store" I got 5 books and the most expensive one was $9.99 hardback. These are all low-Carb books and they have some pretty good looking receipes that I will be trying out and the ones that I like I would be willing to share with you all. I got one low-carb crockpot meals, I love to cook in the crockpot! This store had more cookbooks then Borders did I was surprised and cheaper!!!!! I plan on going back next payday, I think I like this store?

yes would love low carb crockpot meals. I love the crockpot cooking too. soooooo easy especially in the heat or if you work. Jan
