What's the deal? I'm stuck at a plateau and can't get off it.

I'm stuck at a plateau of 207.5-210 lbs. I have been going out and walking 4-5 times a week for the last 6 months.  I joined a fitness gym this last week and I'm still stuck. (Went 3 times for 2 hrs. each time. I can't exercise vigorously because of fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.)  My surgery was August 24th last year and I'm afraid that I'm not going to lose anymore. I'm down from 319-2 days post-op. I'm happy with my loss-to-date but am worried about not continuing to lose. It has taken me 3 months to go from 218# to 207.5-210#. For those of you who have been at this longer than me, has this happened to you? I yo-yoed for soooo many years and don't want to do that again. I am doing my water and protein and going to my monthly support groups. I did have emergency hernia surgery in May. Need some input, thanks. Karen S-Grandview, MO

Karen dont know how much protein you are getting in but up it by at least 20 grams. if you are getting in 80 go for 100 anything lower than 80 or 90 if you are exercising and all wont let you build muscle and lose weight too. guess which one will go first. ?   Jan
