Hey I made it on here!!!

Hello I finally made it on here......I hope everyone is doing fine . Iam doing ok ... Iam having a bout with gout right now in my left foot .. good thing i didnt work today.....Im coming off my plateau finallly YAY....im now 215lbs. 3lbs from my goal weight of 212lbs. Well i best get to cleaning my house up .. I have to do alot now helping with my brother and at the nursing home so i got to do my own house LOL......but, iam loving it ...............God Bless.......Craig Lee

Hi Craig, CONGRATS on almost being at your GOAL!!!! Great job!! I know you've had some ups and downs along the way and I hope this bout with gout ends soon for you. I was up your way 2 weekends ago....for my 20th HS reunion.....it was nice to go back so much smaller than I was last time at the 10th reunion.  I rarely have a chance to get on OH anymore. Life is so busy and with the warm weather we're at the lake on the weekends and NO computer there! : ) Take care,

Wait until you have your 35th...   Class of 71 here. Walked up town this morning to the farmers market and went for coffee then walked back home.  I am wore out.  Dad thinks I am pushing it to hard.  I need to get back my energy.  Having a little trouble getting my proteinin but started UNJUY this am so lets hope it works.

Craig...Sorry to hear about the gout...I know it can get pretty painfull...My mother gets it now and then and sometimes she can barely stand to walk!...Hope your feeling better really soon...Hugs...Tammy~ammy
