I got some news about my surgery *sigh*

well after many phone tag messages, a frantic Patsy at Dr Scott's office--bless her heart!  Umpteen faxes later----I got to personally talk to my case manager at my insurance--he is great!----I got an answer from him-------  I asked him if he could give me a round about answer if I might get approved---so after a "Well let's take a look"  He told me that if I did a nutritional consult for my record, that is the last requirement to do--then he said He could see no reason why he couldn't  APPROVE ME!!!!!! So then I thought Oh heck---it'll take weeks to get in with a dietary consult---so I called Jan at DePaul and she said "Oh we had a cancellation for tomorrow Tuesday--would you like that appointment?"    You betcha!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Ok this is doing great here. So now that I know I will be approved...he said after he gets it faxed to him, he will approve it and fax it to Dr Scott;s office and letter follow up---then I guess I wait for the dr's office to call me for a date!!!! *Looks at the loser's bench*---Im so close---See ya soon!!!!! So your the reason Patsy was so frantic today when I called her to make my followup appointment I am so happy that everything is falling into place for you....

Yes Im the guilty patient!!! But the funny thing was when i talked to Patsy later---turns out she had me and another pt mixed up --so she ran around trying to find a paper of mine that didnt exist!  LOL
