I went with my Dad to the Mark Twain Casino at Lagrange, MO and as I got out of the car my capri's started to fall down.  I have never had that happen before...  I have went from a 5X to a 2X !  Going to take some of my clothes to the support group at the local hospital to let a couple of gals go thru them as they haven't had surgery yet.  1 has to lose 85 pounds yet.  The other has just started the process of getting approved.I am 16 days post op and have not had to take any blood pressure meds since I got out of the hospital.  My PCP doesn't want me to pitch everything yet as I start back to work next Monday and my stress level will be going up. Started on my next stage of food and I have tolerated the eggs, cream soups and the baked pot. well and I love cottage cheese.  Got to pick up some cream of wheat yet.  I stop after 2 tablespoons and have not had the "full feeling" yet.  Am I just being a little paranoid?  Have a great day as I am off to the fitness center.  Hugs Shannon

Shannon, I think it takes ages to get the "Full" feeling but just measure so you don't over fill your pouch and you'll eventually get there.  Sounds as if you are doing great so far.  Yeah on the WOW moment. Hugs, Lana

Thanks Lana for answering a question I was having, I'm only 7 days post-op but am unsure of my "full" feeling.  I'll stick to measuring as you suggest until I get to know my pouch better.
