WHATS HAPPENING ON FRIDAY
We have had a lot of new additions to the birthday list since I posted. Anyone else that hasn’t given me their name and birthday , all that is done with it is to wish you happy birthday online , maybe sing you a song or two. Lol even tho most of it will be off key.
So if you want everyone to know when your birthday is (not how old) then send it to me and I will put it on the calendar. I will after a few days of gathering new names and dates will reprint it so anyone that wants too can print it off and have the list too. In case I forget to wish you happy birthday maybe someone else will.
I made a batch of no bake cookies today and you talk about satisfiying your sweet tooth they really do. I like them frozen best. Yummy.
Friday im going to wal-mart to get some new scrubs. I don’t have a one. I had saved 2 outfits from when I worked last but those would fall off of me if I had them lol. Which I don’t. I gave them to a friend that is a nurse since she needed them. I use to have my mom make all my tops because I could buy the material and she could make me about 6 for the price I paid for one , The pattern is really simple, two pieces of material sewn together plus the pockets too.
I cleaned out my flower seed catalog holder today and got two large grocery bags full of spring 2007 catalogs to toss. Sure a lot of paper there. Lol
Since I have started getting the fall ones already I didn’t need the spring ones anymore.
NUTTI: Isnt that weird that you didn’t know that Mels husband was a long time friend of yours. It was so good to meet you Monday night and sure hope you come every month.
Isnt it wonderful that we can go and do so much more now than we use to could and just wait it gets better and better , the more you exercise and the stronger you get the more you can do. Wait until you have lost twice what you have lost. Wow may need rocks to tie you down huh?

Your doctor sounds like my oldest daughter, I call her earth mother. Lol. She is all natural in the fact that she doest ever wear any makeup, wears her hair long and pulled back in a scrunchie. Wears the earth type shoes, never wears dresses or dressy clothes really just comfortable easy clothes lol When she was married her husband expected her to dress up and wear all the makeup and stuff and when she got a divorce she said never again would she be anything but her, to impress anyone. Lol.
I don’t know if I want a boob job or not. Not too interested in them being any bigger at all. and not any of them that I know of are willing to just do a B cup. And that is all I want no bigger. I don’t like mine to be any bigger. They make my upper back hurt.
I will email you her web site when she gets it set up. She said she would go to work a little early tomorrow morning and get it all done.
No no no the chickens aren’t in my yard., I would have a fit if they were. They would tear up all of my flowers for sure. Lol. They are the next door neighbors and are in a pen. The reason the Roosters attack you was that there was more than one of them around. They will attack anything seems like if there is more than one rooster , you know the saying, ruler of the roost. Hey that sounds like a good idea to do about Cory. I more or less gave her the same advice too. And it might work. Most of the time these controllers like he is are scardy cats when they have a bunch of grown big men confront them. Especially way out in the woods. Like that. Janet if you need some help I bet we could find several ole red neck guys that would be willing to scare the pee waddin out of him and send him packin.
Debbie the yellow roses will be very pretty on the arbor but be willing to invest a few years before they get to where you want them to be. You could do that with the yellow roses but also plant a Clematis on each side too. They wont hurt the roses and will climb faster than the roses and when they intermingle with them it is very pretty. You could get a contrasting color of them to plant and will be beautiful.
We are all still praying for the baby and the parents too. God will prevail.
JANET: So how is Steph acting since you told her she had the 3 options? Cant you get Medicaid on her since you all don’t have much money and POS wont keep insurance on her? They will pay for the shots I know. Why does she not want to take them , does she want to get pregnant? That should tell you something about her mind right there. She isnt thinking straight .
I know I cant get over those doctors that is for sure. Im glad that she called Dr. Scott. Hopefully he can help her out and get her fixed up and going again.
What I really really want as far as plastic surgery is concerned is a lower body lift, so it will get rid of most of these skin folds above the waist line too and will help on the thighs too. Then I want an arm job done. The boobs arnent a big concern with me. Good bras hold up all I have lol. Would like a face lift but that may not happen we will see.
There are so many wrinkles there now from the jaws deflating lol

You dress so cute I wish I had you fashion sense. Sugar is like that too. She can put together an outfit that looks so cute even when she was bigger.

BRENDA: yeah those MARs are a pain in the butt to do but are a good calm way to make some extra money. Especially if you can do them in a separate room away from everything else.lol
I use to before losing weight couldn’t ride very far with out being so stiff and sore for a couple of days but I do so much better now. I hope that you get to feeling better. I use to take amitriptalene at night for the fibro. Do you take that. I quit takeing it not long ago and im doing fine without it.
I will put you on my prayer list too for healing of all the pain you suffer.
MELISSA: OH wow you really were put thru it weren’t you? Im glad that you called Dr. Scott and hopefully he can help you get it all straightened out. Maybe the t.t. and hernia repair will do it. Lets hope so. Without all of the skin flap hanging maybe your body will be able to heal better. You know that is causing a lot of back pain too.
That is awfully about your FIL house. Is he doing better than he was there for awhile. Is he taking anything for the spells he was having or did they just go away?
It is awful what renter can do to a place isnt it. Being a landlord is a hard way to make a living. I can see why some turn into slum landlords lol

SUSAN: No you are right it isnt the easy way out (wls) but for us that are addicted to food it is probably the only way out. Im sure there are some that have been able to break the cycle and to lose it all and to keep it off without wls. But I know for me it didn’t ever work. I would lose and then gain , lose and then gain, I think the longest I ever kept it all off was about 5 years. Then it started edging back on little by little.
Yeah I have heard of that book maybe you could copy a page a day or something and put it online for us to read. That would be neat.

I saw Dr H. Wed. and he said I could do my B-12 shots as often as I felt like I needed which was good. I weighed today and I am down 91# on my scale since my heighest which was about this time last year.But I still need to lose 100# to get to Dr H goal which is 125#. Heck I will be jumping for joy when I see 199#.
I am really getting excited about the reunion. I know we are going to have so much fun. I also hope to be able to bring some clothes down for anyone who can use them. Most will be 26 to 28's capri's. I have been wearing them and they fall off. Everyone makes fun of me rolling them up in the legs and waist and my butt sagging.
Has anyone heard of or tried the "BENIPROTEIN" put out by the same people as BENIFIBER? I read about it in Dr. H. office. WalGreens is suppose to carry it and probally WalMart. It has 6 grams of protein per spoon and you can put it in anything. It suppose to not have any taste. If I can find it tommorrow I am going to buy it to try. I get all my protein in foods and some days I just don't want to eat. I still have problems with getting in my vitamins and Dr H told me to go ahead and try the bariatric vitamins with the calcium citrate in capsule form that I can order from the web.I have a cabinet full of vitamins I have tried and they bother me.

Good Morning Jan and OH Peeps~ It literally took me an hour to get on here this morning, it was storming here and the computer just didnt even want to work!!! I was just about to give up-and it finally came up!! So-here I am. I just got done posting the weekly weigh in and then responding to Rebecca-if you are reading this-we have a pre-op that NEEDS some help-some encouragement: PLEASE take a moment and post to Godsongbirds post-I think it says something about finally having internet or something like that, she just posted last night-but she needs some words of encouragement-and we are the group to give it to her....Thanks. She is such a wonderful woman and person and I am keeping her in prayer- Well, as yesterday would have it-the "norm" anymore-there was drama, as usual. Megan called me last night and her car got hit while she was at work-but, here is the kicker-the lady or man that hit her-their car was still on Megans car-on the front end....She works at the mall now-and called the police-who wouldnt come out because its private property-so she had to call mall security-took several pictures-and she said mall security was like having rent-a-cop there-just a joke-the people still hadnt called Megan back-and Megan is filing the police report today and suing them for the damages. I bet they didnt have any insurance. Megan got their license #, their VIN number and all of that-so she is covered. Then, I got a call from my mom-they had to file trespassing charges on Cory yesterday-he pulled the hair of one of the male workers in the office at the motel and the worker (Dan) picked him up and threw him into the glass window. After the police serve him with the papers, IF he shows up at the motel again, he is going to jail. If he comes to the motel-they have ALL been instructed to call the police-and he can be served that way. She had just gotten a call from Stephanie-who was on her break from her new job-and Stephanie stuck up for Cory-as usual. She wants Cory to come here on Sunday-and quite frankly-I dont want to even deal with him.....I guess she is running out of places to live, huh? She says Cory is getting his apartment in the next 2 weeks-and I have already informed her that she will NEVER-not until she is 18, will NOT be going to his apartment. I will gaurantee you-that I will be in the ground AND cold before I will allow that to happen! She keeps telling me that when she turns 17, that the police WONT make her come home OR help me out to keep her away from him-and I asked her this one question: Stephanie-do you honestly THINK I NEED THE POLICE? I am MORE Powerful than ANY POLICEFORCE here! In the same token-since you will BOTH be adults-do you THINK they are gonna HELP YOU when I come and drag your ass somewhere else? NO! She knows me better than that!!!! They wont have time to see what**** them-I will be in and out like a tornado-and I wont need any law to help me! HA!! I will tell her what the army told my brother once when he didnt like something-call 1-800-WAA-WAAA, extension F'N BOO~HOO!!!! I did tell her that she may as well think of ME as the law!! 257# of sheer determination and attitude-and Im not gonna sit by and watch her waste her life on someone like that. NO way, NO how. I have thought a lot about some guys taking him out-Mike, his adopted dad, Erik, uncle Terry and BIL Aaron...Dont think we will need anymore-but I will let ya all know-and thanks for the offers. You know I will keep you posted. Stephanie asked if there was any way he could come to Branson with us-I didnt have to say a word, my look gave her the answer. I told Mike only if we could use him for the anchor of our boat! I just wish he would go back where he came from. I think we are starting to crack him tho-he thought yesterday that Stephanie would be able to "straighten" out her grandparents and the police being called-and he is now just reduced to speaking to her on the phone. Everyone else has isolated him-he is starting to feel the pressure. Im glad. I hope it makes him nuts and they send him away or he goes back where he came from! Well, Mel gets to have an MRI tomorrow. I just cant believe this stuff. I cant comprehend this. I think I am going to make a point to go with her to the surgeons office again and get arrogant. Maybe ask him if he understands what happens when you are blantly negligent? What does she have to lose? Its not like the jerk wants to even own up to not removing or fixing that hernia she had-they all want to act like they did fix it-but there is no way they could have. Jerks. Now they are going to let another abscess form and cause her more problems......I just dont think I can stand by and watch this go down ALL OVER AGAIN! Its just overwhelming to me to think that we have to go through this and the only ones here that ARE WILLING to help her-they are just limited to certain areas-like her PCP and her ortho-Dr. Mcdreamy-which-by the way-he is single now-and needs a good, faithful loving wife-if anyone knows of a single, good woman-I have a hunky, wealthy doctor I would love to fix you up with.... Ok, so I got off the subject....If you would all join me in prayer for Mel, I would appreciate it so much. Thanks.
Well, I am going to get going and try to get some things done today. I really dont feel like doing much, I am hurting pretty good today and I know its probably the weather. I wish we could get in the pool-but we have to go get some more chemicals tonite and see if we cant get it leveled out, so maybe this weekend-that would be nice. Right before I had surgery I heard of the same thing too. I think it was listed in one of the packets the doctor gives you. Anyway, I asked my Walgreen’s about it and they said that you could only order it on line. None of the stores in St. Charles carried it. Good luck and let me know what you find, please.

Hello Missouri, It was a dark and stormy night!!! Actually it's only 4:30pm but it is dark and stormy. It poured here in Springfield for about 15 minutes or more - enough to about drown kids going around campus. Julia, so glad to see you posting. You are doing amazingly. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see you at the reunion. Jan, glad your license came and you can start working. I hope your feet and knees hold up but I think you'll do fine. You are wise enough to take care of yourself and we are always praying for you. Tammy-ammy, love you girl. Hope things settle down your way and that you get some, not floods of, rain. Janet, hope you have a good weekend without too much drama. That stuff wears you down. Mel, hope you get some relief soon from all the problems. Your FIL, I guess actually you and Terry, didn't need the renter problems right now. Susan, I am praying for your ulcers. We don't want you to be in pain any more. You keep poking at the doctors and make them fix you - you hear me??? Well, I feel fat today. I have allowed myself to think I'm hungry and that's just not me. I guess I shouldn't be too hard on myself but I'm not used to letting my mind over ride my pouch. I ate a decent amount for breakfast and lunch but just polished off a Slim Jim, why did I buy it at the gas station yesterday? I didn't drink any protein this AM and I think that is the problem. I will try to get in a bullet this evening. It is too easy to be complacent about how much I've lost and what a little bit I have left to lose. After losing 102 pounds 9 more seems almost insignificant but I want to get that last 9 pounds off and have it done. Then it will just be keeping my eating under control and maintaining. I made that sound easy didn't I??? Food addicts are pretty good at deceiving themselves!!! I really know that this is a life long change and am up for it, just having a fat day. Don't think my calories are that bad, just not the best choices regarding fats. I hope all of you will make a real effort to come to the reunion. It will be so much fun and we will be able to take our time and get to know one another. Nutti, I would love to see your itty bitty houses - could you bring one without destroying it? Where do you sell them? Maybe I could see one somewhere for sale. You'd love my collection of little dolls, stuffed animals, etc. They are not as little as your houses but I do like mini things - including cars!!! Hugs and love to all my dear family, Lana

Lana I have a gallery of albums on Greenleaf dollhouse forum but I also keep photos at Webshots http://community.webshots.com/user/nuttiwebgal I havent added anything new for awhile but I will be soon so please go have a look see! I have been building dollhouses for 4 yrs and have built over 25 in all 3 scales. it keeps me busy and I enjoy it. as for bringing one....I think I could manage it....a small one. I also sell items on e-bay once in awhile. I do alot of Haunted or Halloween miniature making.
