Approved but insurance expires Nov 1, scheduling question for fellow patients of Norbert...

Today I just received my approval from Cigna POS through Anheuser Busch. My insurance is extended through Cobra insurance since I became an independent so it expires Nov 1. There is no way to extend it further. I have Dr. Norbert Richardson through NewStart center for surgical weight loss. I only have about 2 months. The doctor's office is closed for the weekend. For anyone else who had Dr. Richardson: how long was the wait between when you were approved and your surgery date? Any answers would greatly help me wait through the weekend. Thanks, Jenna

Jenna congradulations on the approval, i dont have any of the answers to your questions as i dont know them but i know that come monday morning if i had to go to their office i would be there and would keep houndin them till they got my surgery scheduled before that November deadline. If you tell them that surely they will move you on up .....Jan
