*You are invited to the MO Board 1st annual Reunion*

Hi Everyone, I wanted to send out another post about our 1st annual MO Board Reunion, as there have been even more newbies posting lately-who may not know about it yet.... For those of you that dont know yet-we are having our first annual MO Board Reunion on September 8th-less than 2 weeks away now!

Who is the reunion for?

The reunion is for ANYONE who wants to attend. Pre-op or Post op, no matter where you are in your journey-your invited-As well as any of your loved ones you would like to bring! When and Where is the reunion? The reunion is September 8th 2007 at a resort called Green Valley Resort in West Branson, MO... Several people are renting cabins for the whole weekend, some just for one night, and some are just attending for the day-how long you stay is up to you. What is the cost? The cost is dependent on what you decide to do. IF you rent a cabin-for one night, for two-if you find someone to split the cost of a cabin with you etc-it will all vary. IF you are just attending for the day-your cost will be $5 per person-for insurance and liability coverage. What activities will there be? For the day of the reunion-we will be doing a potluck luncheon, that will start off as close to 11 am as possible. The adults will be doing a white elephant exchange game, water balloon toss, a Guess Who game and we are also doing a raffle-all games have prizes.  For the kids, we will have a pinata and a water balloon toss game. Whether you rent a cabin or come for the day-you have access to all the same ammenities-there is a solar heated pool, a hot tub, 2 swimming docks, fishing docks, playground, volleyball/badmitton set, shuffle board, horeshoes, a firepit AND they also offer water rentals-boats, pontoons etc. What do I need to bring? Whether you are renting a cabin OR coming for the day, we ask that IF you want to be a part of the potluck luncheon that you bring at least ONE dish to share with everyone. You will also be responsible for your own meat for grilling, your eating utensils, grilling acc., your own towels for the water activities, and IF your coming for the day only-you need to bring seating for yourself AND your guests-as those of us who are renting cabins each will have our own picnic tables, but seating IS going to be limited, so you will want to bring your own chairs. IF you would like to be a part of the white elephant exchange game-which is open to all adults-you must bring a WRAPPED gift-as close to $5 as possible. The website is www.greenvalleyresort.com  they also have directions from Springfield listed on their website. ****It has been brought to our attention that when googling the resort-that some have had the town of Reeds Springs come up-this is INCORRECT....IT IS WEST BRANSON-NOT REEDS SPRINGS...IF you go to Reeds Springs-you wont even be close to us-LOL....so-if at all possible-get your directions from the resort website-if you can make it to Springfield, they can get you to the resort-no problem.....If you need anything, let me know.
