Just making my mark. I wanted to let everyone know that we have internet at our new home now. Though I need to spend less time online and more time cleaning house, spending time with family and exercising and such so just know I am checking in some but probably wont post much. i need some help....i been drinking protein shakes and im not losing weight here last 3 weeks, and i just heard from a friend  that we r not supposed to drink Whey shakes,,,so what kind of shakes u all drinking to lose weight? tks for any response i can get asap

isopure protien powder i can have whey protien i dont know why someone would tell you no to it.

so it doesnt matter  if  the protein shake is made of 100% whey?
