Hey OH Board, I finally got my psych. letter and I just faxed that and the 6 month supervised letter to Faith (Bariatric nurse co-ordinator for the ins. co.). I'm sending in my packet to Dr.De La Torre tomorrow and now I wait......Faith says she can get me approved in as little as 24 hours, but I'll believe that when I see it. Connie
