Thank you for your prayers I'm home and doing great!

Hi Ladies, Thank you all so much for your support and prayers! It worked! I was calm in preop..awakened with no trouble...and I was up and moving at 10:30 in the morning. The staff told my sister I probably wouldn't feel like getting around until 4PM or so...but I was up and doing laps on the 5th floor. They are all so very nice there at St. Alexius! I slept well last night...didn't even take but one pain shot...left today and I'm home feeling great! I do have a little soreness in my tummy..but nothing really to complain about! The only bad thing that happened is the tube they put in my throat broke a tooth off...lol.I have go have that fixed in the morning. I was truly, truly blessed and thanks to all of you for you prayers....DON'T BE NERVOUS GIRLS.....IT'S A WASTE OF TIME...YOU WILL BE FINE!  Focus on the brighter things...like your new future! WOW, STACY! That's great!  Kind of like a mild stomach ache huh?  You are one tough cookie!  I'm glad you are doing so good!  Sorry about the tooth - I guess that will be a piece of cake though - continue on to your fantastic weight loss! Lori

YEAH!!!  I told you it was easy...except for that darn breathing tube!!  you'll be up and around and back to normal in no time.  I get my first fill on 9-6 and I'll let you know how that goes!   Jennifer

I'm glad to hear it went so well.  I had the same experience - I felt great the next day.  Hope you continue to feel well and it won't be anytime until you get that first fill.
