A couple of questions for you.

I am fairly new, I think I posted one other time. I have a surgery date. It is Sept. 6th. I was informed only 9 days prior, that doesn't even give me enough time for the liquid diet. Is it okay that i only do it for a week? I sure hope so because I have no other choice. I am so nervous, I have thrown up everything that i have eaten since i found out.
Anyway, a couple of quick questions, How long does the surgery last? Will I be able to have sex afterwards? The sex question seems kind of silly to me but you never know.

the doctor is the one who puts us on a liquid diet...what has your surgeon said? how long it will take will depend on if it is open or Laporscopic and which type of surgery will be done...again what does the doctor say?
as for sex...well....you will have pain from the surgery will this keep you from having sex? well only you can answer that at the time.

Sept 6th is not so far away....perhaps a phone call to the DR office is in order. we always forget the questions whe we see the Dr. and remember them later...they will understand!
