Surgery date--October 19th at 11am (oct 12 dr out of town )

I got it yesterday at my pre op meeting---10 hrs later i was outta there and headed home---we seen the dr, dietician, exercise specialist, the nurse, pain nurse, Hmmm oh yeah--did our testings EKG, Pulmonary function tests and lab(lots of blood tubes--I counted 10 !!!) I met a great group of people there--I think a few post somewhere on here HI  :) but it was alot of fun---slightly overwhelming as I will need a flow chart to follow it all :) One question though---Where is the best and cheapest place to get the protein drinks at?  I think I would prefer to have the ready made rather than the protein powder--this way i can pop it in the frig and off I go :) I would appreciate any help anyone could throw my way and to the others--for a seperated mom of 3---I need all the money breaks I can get but at the same time I dont want to compromise what I NEED---:) HUGS to everyone Amber
