My Life....lol

I know I haven't been on a lot lately. I think you all would understand me needing a little time to myself. Just updating everyone on my swollen lymph nodes...I went to see my pcp yesterday to get a toradol shot for my back after last week with spending so much time on the road. I showed him my biopsy reports, he would normally have them but his office recently moved and they haven't got all the bugs worked out of the system yet so I keep copies of every Dr I see or test I have done. Anyway, Dr decided to draw some more blood. They called with the results today! The reason my lymph nodes are enlarged is because {music please} "I Have MONO"....lol Whhhhhhhhhhy not!  Almost 50 years old and I have the kissing disease....my life!! I have to go tomorrow for more bloodwork, Dr wants to check for anemia. Well, at least it's not the "C" word. I have no idea when I first got it, from where or whom...nothing!! I just told Doc's nurse that I'm just happy to finally have an answer! To have a name for what I'm trying to fight. I don't know anything about Mono so if anyone out there has had it and has any helpful hints for me. I'm open... Jason and Wendy got married last Thursday evening in a quiet ceremony at our little Church here in town. They will be moving in with us on Sunday. They both seem to be doing good in their mourning of Adam. I hope everyone out there is doing good!! I will write more later. Love & Prayers, Deb
