A, Welcome. It is odd to be welcoming someone when I have just joined the team myself. I had my lap band 3 and 1/2 weeks ago. This is a great board for support and answers to questions. I am glad to see another St. Louis lady out there! Welcome.

Africa, I am new too and i tell you the ladies here have been so welcoming and just a great influance. I wish you all the best on your journey, and we are here for anything you need. i am new to everything in general and am still waiting to have surgery myself. I have learned so much from the site already!!!! Form what to expect to recipies for liquid diet...its been great!!!
