Is that Nectar protein really tasteful?
Many folks use the ON Gold Whey Protein and in my area we get it at Food 4 Less. It is the best in most people's opinion. I use the "bullets" but they are kind of expensive and lots of folks don't like them. I really can't say I "like" anything but it is something we have to do so I just do the smallest volume and get "er done!!! That said, Jan Cook and Glenna have some wonderful smoothie type recipes and they love their shakes. It's all a matter of personal preference. I have some of the Nectar in Fuzzy Naval flavor and it is OK mixed with Tropicana SF Orangeade and ice. I also have Unjury unflavored and Chicken Soup, which I haven't tried. Think I will like the chicken soup when it gets cold. If I were going to start somewhere, I'd go with the ON Gold in Vanilla because you can use SF puddings, DaVinci SF syrup, SF jello, SF soda and yogurt to flavor it and make it different until you find something that appeals to you.
Hugs and sorry I can't be more helpful

Hello My LiL Angelette....
There are tons of protein mixes and drinks to use....And as Lana mentioned it has more to do with personal preference.
Have you tried any at all? You might want to look around on different sites that do samples for small prices so you can try different kinds to see what you might like before you buy in bulk...
I use Body Fortess 100% Premium Whey Protein from Wal mart...Its 46 grams of protein per scoop..I use the vanilla and mix it with different flavors of SF instant pudding and shake it with ice when I mix it....And I sometimes mix it with frozen fruit.....I think the cost on the 2lb jug is about $14.
And Lana was right about Jan and some of the others having good recipes for smoothies that you could use any protien mix with....
Hope you find one you do ok with....Hugs..Tammy~ammy
