Went to the hospital and hung out with Jen for about an hour today and we walked the hall with her....she is an awesome lady and if any of you get a chance to meet her then do!!! Anyway she is doing wonderful!!!! The morphine was messing with her a bit and they took her off that, removed the IV today also, she is drinking well and everything doing great they kept telling her she was trying out for the marathon earlier today she was walking so much WHICH IS GREAT!!!......The thing that looks the worst on her the BLUE TONGUE!!!!!! heheheheh  Bobbie Jo

Karen, When you have RNY you have to pass a leak test and the way mine was done is that I ate some ice chips covered in Methylene Blue dye.  They then watch your drain to be sure no blueness comes out.  It does dye your tongue blue. Hugs, Lana
