Reminder to WLS OH Missouri Board – Our meeting of The Next Level Support Group is Monday, September 24, 2007, at the St. John’s Surgery Center, Classroom 4A, 1229 E. Seminole, Springfield, Missouri. We meet from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Our regular meetings are the fourth Monday of every month. The Next Level Support Group is exclusively for weight loss surgery patients that are 6+ months post-operatively. In this support group meeting, we discuss the topics and issues that are experienced at 6+ months post-op. Do you want to connect with other post-ops in a meaningful way? This is the meeting for you! Our support groups comply with the guidelines of the American Society of Bariatric Surgery and ObesityHelp Support Group Program. Do you want support, education, and information, from other WLS patients along with licensed and certified professionals, St. John’s Bariatric Surgery Support Groups are for you! You may be a part of our group regardless of where you have had your surgery, which surgical procedure you’ve had, and you don’t have to be a patient of St. John’s Weight Loss Surgery Program to attend. WE’RE DOING IT AGAIN…..The St. John’s Bariatric Surgery Program is holding our 2nd Annual Symposium. Last year, we had a variety of speakers, a fashion show with clothing from Dillard’s worn by post-ops, chair massages, representatives from St. John’s Fitness Center, and much more. The Symposium for this year is going to be even better! The Symposium will be Saturday, October 20th so reserve that date so you can join us.
