WHATS HAPPENING THURSDAY

I worked tonight and I have washed my hands so much at work and again 2 times after I got home. They are testing for C.Diff. in about 6 patients. Oh man I sure hope we don’t have that up there. I told Joe that my hands were raw from washing them so much.

 

I don’t have any silly stories to amuse you tonight.lol. I know that about me and the blender was funny after it was all over and I had that strawberry mess cleaned up off the floor, cabinets counter and fronts of cabinets. I think what really made me mad was the fact that I had just got thru cleaning all of the front and tops of the cabinets lol. So they got a second washing …

 

Hey I was wondering if anyone or several anyones would like to volunteer  to do the Whats Happening post on the nights that I work?

The next time I work is this week end, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If anyone would like to try it let me know. You can have all three days or just one or two if you want. Then I work again this month on the 26^th and the 28^th.  So if anyone wants to try it …I would love to let some of you take a turn at it. ….

COLETTE:  I really don’t know who my employeer is there is no name on the paycheck….and I forgot to ask anyone tonight at work. I will find out for you tho this week end.

 

 

SHEILA: you sure woudnt think that no more fluid than that would make such a horrible mess. But it sure did.

I cant imagine that it would make any difference whether you use the cans or the powder.of slimfast. You can ask them by emailing Dena any of those nagging little questions.

So sorry about your back and the pain. Take care of yourself. Don’t want to fall and hurt yourself before surgery.

 

 

DEBBIE D: LOL Im glad that you all had a good chuckly about me lol yeah now I really did wish that we had it on video. There might have been money won from funniest home videos.

 

Oh yeah the b-12 shot, Dr. Hornbostel says that it wont hurt you since it is a water soluable vit. So any excesss it has is taken care of, I have been giving my self the same amound since

 

 

TAMMY: well I thought we finally put that to rest about someone not being spoke to as much as someone else. Sorry if I miss people on the board sometimes. On the Whats Happe ning post I only respond to the people who post on here. Not because im stuck up or anything but because It would take way too much  to post to all that is said everywhere on the Mo. Board. So had to make a cut off somewhere. ….

MELISSA: WOW you are being really busy with the garage sale. Do you start thm over there tomorrow or on Friday?

JANET: so glad that you were able to get yourself onto the computer yesterday. Wow I miss you when you didn’t post.

Isnt it amazing what all we can do now if and when we want to.

Housework , as much as I dislike it, now isnt near the problem as before.

 

Yeah Janet that would be awesome if you lost another 8 pounds or more. 200 pounds wow. That is another good size person.

 

Don’t know what you are wanting prayer for but it is done …As soon as I saw that I stopped and said a prayer for you. It is in Gods hands now so relax.

 

Yes I got some of the pictures copied and am doing the rest in the morning. Don’t worry about the cost. It is just photo paper I had left over from another thing I did. Ok

 

I don’t know that dr. Hornbostel ever told me that I could have soda…I must have been asleep when he said that. Im glad tho because I use to be addicted to those things. Im sure it was diet soda if he said we could.

It really is funny what and how different docs have different ideas. I don’t think any of them really know , you know. All of it seems to work, I think that it really maybe doesn’t matter because we eat such small amounts it would nt matter what it was to eat.

 

 

CONNIE:  well did they decide that you would make a good rocket scientist? Or brain surgeon? I hope it is something that you will like really well.

We will hope that you have your surgery before the end of the year ….

BEV: glad you are feeling lots better. Your fur babies sound as spoiled as any human babies ever dreamed of being. Lol

 

Bike riding will be a really good exercise too. That isnt an easy thing to do.

 

I know several people that have the Magic bullet blenders an love them.

Good im glad that Debbie will be going with you to the Lees Summit meeting this Monday. Will be good that you have someone to ride with plus you all will have a good meeting too.

SHANNON : yeah I have seen that , the doctors all have different things different places etc.

Sometimes we have to watch those really dense proteins. Sometimes they will go down just fine others you couldn’t get them into the stomach and if you do they don’t want to stay there. Just weird .

Good Morning MO Peep's          Thought I better get on here and post now before going to bed. Cause I know I wont have time to in the morning. Finished the garage tonight. Janet and the boys came over to help pack up the rest of the stuff. Terry took Janet for a moped ride. That was funny. She left around 8:45pm to pick up her daughter. Then to finish some thing at home. I went to Wal Mart and then got something to eat. Made approx 6 signs. Have more to do but I am pooped right now and hurting. Got the heating pad warming up and it is calling my name.         Today Terry is going and getting the trailor. Then were loading everything up and taken it over to the garage. Then later in the evening we meeting back over at the house to set everything up. Terry & I are going to camp out over the over night. Just cause I dont trust my new tentants. Then Friday night Terry is going to see if Darrell (Janet's son) wants to stay over night with him. Well see how it goes.      I got neon green & pink poster board to make sign's out of. If they miss these signs they need more the glasses. lol The sale will be Friday and Saturday. Keeping fingers crossed that we do REALLY WELL!!!!    I hope everyone has a great weekend. Good Morning Jan and OH Peeps~ .....And shes off-LOL...Man, its been crazee busy here. Feel tired and the back is retaliating-but I sure feel accomplished and at the end of the day, Im happy with what I can do-it justifies my back and I really am just at the point now that I am pushing through it. Yesterday I finished up things here, made BBQ pulled pork for dinner that I cooked for several hours. No bones, thank goodness. I dropped Steph off at work, came home to see and talk to Mike before leaving for Mels place. (sounds like the show from the 70s, doesnt it?) Ok-so the boys and I went-and helped get the rest of the stuff packed (Mel had already packed 21 boxes of our clothes)...Little do they know that I found 3 more, one of which being huge, boxes of my pre-op dress clothes from when I worked at Freeman. WOW...anyhoo-then on the way home, picked up Steph. Came home-loaded the Suburban with ALL the indoor stuff-so she is fully loaded and ready for town today. I am going in to meet Megan-she is going to help me unload it, go to storage and get my china hutch, then I am coming home and loading up the toddler race car bed, the bikes, truck topper, and antique tiki torches-oh and the 2 folding tables and then heading back over. If it all doesnt fit-will take truck topper in the morning. Aaron is going to meet us over there tonite to help move all the big stuff with Terry since Mel and I cant do it.

I also have to stop and see if any of the dry cleaners have any wire hangers, go to the newspaper place and get the ad in the paper, was going to do it yesterday, but didnt have the address and I knew Mel and Terry were dealing with their renters and didnt want to call......lets see...there is so much more and I cant remember, thank God for paper and pen, I make a list for everything!! LOL Mike brought home a different work truck last night to detail it out-they are trading it in today and they are buying a Chevy 2007 HHR for Mike. I know they are getting some kind of grant and because of the losses the work place has incurred this year, they will get a lot off the taxes. They had to rebuild after the flooding and etc...so its been an awful year there. Told Mike he will have to keep the NEW car cleaner than the truck he drives now-LOL...funny, huh? **Jan-thanks for the pictures. I have some photo paper, I will just bring some of that for you to replace what you use for me. Dont worry, I have a lot of it-and its just sitting here. Will put it on my list-and thanks again. Will say prayers that you dont catch anything at work- I will be taking BOTH of my computers to my ex-BIL tomorrow who has a computer repair business on the side. He is fixing my laptop and making it capable of doing my book on it. No KIDS are allowed to use it, ever again!! Then, he is going to re-do this computer from bottom up and I found a new memory card we bought for this a yr or so ago-so I am taking that over to him, he will install it as well. He said that he has time to do it all right now-so I will not have my lifeline for a couple of days, but when I get it back-it will be like brand new-so I should be okay for awhile-LOL...Will miss you guys. Jan-when I get them back, I will help you out with the Whats Happening, just isnt going to be for the next week or so-ok? **Shannon-I wanted you to know that there is a REALLY GOOD pasta out now-and you can buy it online if the stores by you dont carry it-and its called Dreamfields. Its FULL of protein and my whole family loves it-you would NEVER guess its good for you-but it is and you will not be able to tell the difference!~~ Try it!! **Lana-you WILL BE MISSED.. Morning Folks.... Ok.....I might have a lil Princess for sale soon!!!! lol lol...  The lil stink was in my room again by the crack of dawn wanting me to get up with her again this morning! I try to get her to go get her mommy up, but she said NO NANNIE I WANT YOU!!!!!!!! Then she started loving on me lol lol...Then she followed it up by letting me know my breath stinks..LMBO!!! Amazing how they can go from sweet to terd in 0-5 seconds hahahahahaaaa..... Well I survived my first day on the job.....The hardest part was having shoes on lol lol.....My back hurt some but I was really surprised my legs and feet didn't hurt me anymore than they did....It really felt good to get out of the house and have something of my own to do! Been about 8 years since I last done anything work wise..... I even come home and picked up a few things and bathed that baby and washed her hair.... Jan....I hope you find someone to do your post...it will really be missed if it's not on here! If it happens on days I don't work and you don't have someone I will give you a yell and try it....But it looks like my days are going to be about the same as the ones you posted....I will be working Wed-Sat. Janet & Mel...I hope you guys do fantastic with your yard sale.....I sure wished I lived closer so I could come! I love yard sales....Yall both take care and don't over due it! Hello all....I won't say good morning cause I'm not really having a good morning... I have been at the hospital all night my 26 yr old niece went to the ER yesterday her left arm was cold to the touch and fingers turning purple and her left foot cold.  They had to do an angiogram cause they thought she had a blockage somewhere.  They found a blockage and rushed her into surgery.  We waited forever for surgery to get over with and finanlly the dr. came out and told us that he found evidence of old clots also and said there is something else going on said she might have Buerger's Disease which occurs in young people who smoke.  He said she has to stop smoking or will soon lose her arms or legs or both.  He said he couldn't find a pluse in her right leg and was concerned about that.  She went to have a CT this morning to see if there is anything else going on.  She is currently in ICU at KU Med center.  I didn't get home from the hospital until 1:30am so I was an hour late to work this morning and very tired.  I am going back to the hospital when I get off.  I hope she is able to give up smoking I know it's going to be hard for her but I hope she sees the risk if she doesn't.  She is young and also has bipolar so I'm really concerned about her and how all this is going to affect her.  Please pray for her she needs all the help she can get.   I'm supposed to have a dr.'s appt. at 3:30 today but I'm not sure if I'm going or not cause I want to get up to the hospital as soon as I can.  I guess I will see when I get an update about my niece from my sister later this afternoon? After today I have the next 5 days off so I'm glad about that but I will be totally busy trying to get ready for my dad's visit.  I have to clean house and do laundry the things I hate to do but gotta be done.   I didn't make it to the bike shop yesterday after work like I wanted maybe sometime this weekend I will make it in there? Hey All.      My appointment with Dr. Hornbostel yesterday went great!!! Everything is a go for surgery, all they have to do is send it to medicare and see what happens. Dr Hornbostel said that medicare has been pushing them through really fast so not to be surpriced if I have a phone call in a couple of days to set up surgery!!! Yeah!!!!     I get my internet hooked up Tuesday. Can't wait! will get on at my mom's until then.     My kids leave for Nebraska on the 28th. Will be a sad day. Tammy,   WOW thats great news, they told me 2 weeks and it was 3 weeks so heck if u find out in a few days u may be in hospital with me!!! so cool, we can make each other walk LOL i will keep my fingers crossed u find out fast,,,good luck
