WHATS HAPPENING SATURDAY

Don’t have a lot to say, got up late, had my protein shake, and laid around , still not feeling up to par, lot of gas pains , anyway went to work at 2 , didn’t get off until almost 11pm.

Wow the moon was really pretty last night tho driving home. Extremely bright , seem to me like it was anyway.

Saw 7 deer along side the road down by our house just grazing away. Didn’t pay any attention to me at all. I stopped and watched them a minute , was a neat picture in the field in the moonlight.

CHELLE: I am so glad that you are feeling better. Good for you on getting that protein intake up there. We just don’t function good on a small amount of protein. Our bodies have to have it to lose weight and to work right. I know you will take care of your self now wont you? From everything I have read is that the more exercise you get and the more you are active the more protein you have to have to build muscle and to lose fat.

So glad that you are exercising by walking that is a good way to do it. And before you know it you will be able to do more and more.

Will be glad when you have a break in school so you have more time to talk to us.

Also we don’t care how much of a book you want to write just go ahead.

CONNIE:  LOL your test sound fun really. Wonder what they will say you are suited to train for. That would be fun for a lot of people to take I think?

Connie don’t worry about hair you might lose after surgery if it does happen it will come back.

LANA; I know what you mean about , not knowing how sick you were till you got healthy. Isnt it the truth. I am so glad im not that person I was a year ago.

Yes im enjoying working now that I don’t really have to. Lol and yeah the getting paid is a great fun bonus.

Hey the last thing you are is boreing….lol. not at all.

But that is cute what your daughters friend use to say. I have to remember that to tell .

JANET:  I hope you all do really great on your garage sale, and I hope you aren’t without your computers too long.

Hope your ex bil can fix them for you.

That is so sad about the ladies daughter. That doctor should be tarred and feathered and rode out of town on a rail. Lol
