Iam now OUT of the 200's. YAY.....I cant believe it.. I got home from being gone all this time in South Missouri and got home and my scales says Iam out of the 200's...they are pretty well in check with the scales at my PCP's office so Iam so happy...God Bless...Craig Lee P.S. I just realized I have lost over 200lbs. I will know more when I see my PCP again ...Such a good feeling.

I want to know what you are doing to be able to lose these big chunks of weight this far out. Im lucky if i can get a pound gone in a month. Confess what is it?
