Right Side Pain

Hi everyone.  I had my surgery on Wednesday and was doing good overall.  Had a little pain on my left side by my drain but nothing the toridal wouldnt help.  But when I woke up this morning I have a pain on my ride side (kind iof n the middle where the underwear elastic hits)...  it is a burning stabbing pain, comes and goes pretty frequently but nothing my pain meds even come close to helping with. Just checking with the pro's to see if anyone experienced this...... Any advice is much welcomed.

Don't mess with pain. It is our bodies way to tell us something is wrong. Go to the ER. Better to Be safe than to Be sorry!!!  Please keep us informed.

I had pain on the right side. It was a stabbing pain and nothing helped. After he took the drain out, it went away. My drain was on the left side but the pain was the right side. I didn't have any pain on the left side...it was all on the right.

It was too low to be my gall bladder so I knew it wasn't that. I think it was really gas that was stuck. It didn't matter what I did... it hurt and hurt like heck. When I told the dr, he didn't seem to be too concerned about it.

OMG!!!!! Your back home!  So sorry to hear your uncomfortable. Call your doc to make sure. Angela
