WHATS HAPPENING SUNDAY

Today I don’t know where it went to. I have slept all day long, I have used my machine 3 times today and each time I use it I go to sleep for 2 hours. So it has been a quite sleepy day. Nothing much else went on around here so haven’t got anything to report . I know it was warm here today but that is about it and one time I woke up it was raining really really hard but that didn’t last but about 10 minutes .

 

So here it is almost bedtime again and I am sleepy again lol.

 

 

CHIP: yippee for you. 56 pounds in a month is great work. Keep it up you will be a shell of your former self soon.

TRACI:  no I don’t think the wintery mix is going to hit us down here but anyone that it is going to hit be careful.

Lol you do go to a lot of parties don’t you? They are all fun ones tho. I remember doing those when my kids were little…lots of fun.

 

 

SHEILA: glad I didn’t hurt your feelings , wouldn’t do that for the world. I sometimes have a warped sence of what is funny.

CONNIE: Im so very happy that your feeling better. I knew you would you just have to find your groove after surgery.

I know I will be alright but today has been a bad day. Just feel yucky. Lol

Morning everyone! What a difference a day makes.  Yesterday is was nearly 60 degrees, this morning it's only 19 degrees!!    Crazy Missouri weather!!   I woke up at 3am with a migraine starting and it was too dark out for me to really see if we got any snow, ice or whatever - so I have no clue what it's like outside at this point.  Hopefully it missed us.  Jan:  I'm not normally a 'party person' by any stretch, but at Christmas, there's just so many I guess.     I'm tired too.  Today after church, I'm going to be coming home and doing the massive present wrapping.  Not a task I enjoy.  I am more of a gift box/bag person myself - hopefully I have enough of those to actually avoid any real wrapping.  Have a great afternoon everyone!! 

Hello Jan and Mo board Wanted to jump on here and say Merry Christmas to everyone. I haven't  been on for awhile but have been keeping up with everything.  I had more test for my problems I have been having. My doc is so great, he said even though the biopsy showed no cancer he would not be doing his job if he did not investigate further. So Monday I had a D&C and he looked around with a hystiscope(don't know if that is how you spell it) and I got the results back Friday. No cancer only normal changes to my uterus. He wanted to put me on provera but since I have had breast cancer that is a no no..he said the only other option is a hysterectomy. But I am waiting on that. So now I am getting my test all lined up again so I can take my class in columbia and get me a date. I am approved until april 08.  Jan glad you are getting along so good with your new knee. Some people its takes awhile. You seem to be coming right along.  Where is Janet, I haven't seen her on for a few days, hope her gallbladder is not giving her more trouble.  We got about 3 inches of snow here in Sedalia and it is really slick out.  Well guess I will get off here and try to get some sleep, I am having an awful time, can't sleep at night. Does anyone take melatonin, and does it work, I don't want to go on a sleeping pill.. Merry Christmas to all..

when I can't sleep, I take Valerian, it's an herb and works much better for me than melatonin.  I get Valerian at Walmart in the vitamin isle. 

I got up this morning and cleaned the fridge and about ready to start wrapping a few gifts. Everyone is gone and enjoying the peace and quiet. It is nice to have an early Christmas present. J

 

The place where I got the hot chocolate is called Healthy Weight Supermarket. It is a bit pricey but it’s  worth it.

Hellooo Mo! finished all my shopping and if I find something I missed well than its missed I got too much to do here.  yesterday I paid for my 2 days of non stop walking....so I spent the day doing deep stretches on all those leg muscles....remember also the new shoes I bought have an arch.... I wear airwalks have for 3 yrs.... so the muscles rebelling were all upper thigh and backs of my calves...I wanted to go shopping yesterday but cleaned around my work area...LOL since we will serve food in here for Christmas I have to move stuff around and well it can get rather ...errrmm...welll...FULL! so even though I was sitting I was working...lol today I went shopping with Dean to finish Catriona. we always have shopped for the last of the stuff together...stocking stuffers.I wore the new shoes and my legs are talking but not yelling....yea me!  Dean is starting to plan...we bought 2 light up candy canes and when we got home he went up and got our old tree and set it up with blue lights some Garland and I found some bows and Catie made a star! we took the tree outside and put it in front of our ugly airconditioner.....with the candy canes it looks very festive! its been several years since we did anything outside for Christmas. cant wait to check them out when it gets dark. now Im off to sytart the baking....pumpkin bread first....I make it with wheat flour and splenda. so I get to eat it also! but I limit myself. overindulgance is what got me where I am. so just a nibble for taste....and truely I dont really care...how WEIRD is that??? for me...very much so! tomorrow I bake pies in the morning and than my ham. dont know if Ill post again till after Christmas is over so  !MERRY CHRISTMAS! since my mother is going to KC to be with her mom we will all be wearing tie Dye. so the pictures should be cute!  for the first time in a long time I look forward to what the future is bringing...whatever it is....because of WLS it will not be more of how I have lived for the last few years. bring it on!!!! nutti
