WHATS HAPPENING FRIDAY

Guess I will start this over , went to look for what I had written earlier today and it wasn’t on my files. Don’t know what happened to it that is a mystery.

Everyone remember tomorrow is Lanas shoulder surgery, I haven’t heard from her all week ,has anyone else? Just keep her in your prayers for tomorrow.

Had P.T again today and my measurements are just about to the limits of how far you can bend and straighten. If you have ever had knee surgery you know what I am talking about.

I like about 10 degrees having my knee to bend all the way seems like each time they are here they measure and I have increased any where from 2 to 5 degrees. ….it is hard and it hurts but I force it till it bends more and more.

It sure isnt an easy surgery to get over tho I tell you that. And my other knee will have to be so bad that I cant walk before I have it done. Maybe they will come up with something a lot easier on a person by then. Lol

I have had several surgerys and none of them were this hard on me . the only difference is that when they healed up the pain was gone. This it isnt because you keep pushing it to make it hurt more so it will go farther. And I didn’t have this surgery to not be able to walk on it so I push now and hurt now so I wont later. Lol

We sure do have a lot of surgeries this month. on the 2nd Renee Baldwin has foot surgery, then on the 3rd Kelly has wls, Faye Dexter on the 4th , Lora and Tammy V on the 8th , Craig has neck surgery on the 11th, Bev is on the 21st, Angie is on the 22nd the same day as Connie Wrights birthday, Brenda Minks has a birthday on the 24th and my birthday is the 30th. So we have a lot of people to keep track of this month.  If I have missed anyone that wants us to know about surgery or a birthday in January let me know. Ok?

BEV: I bet your puppies were fun to watch on Christmas day. They are so much like little kids aren’t they?

Now that Christmas is over your surgery date will be here before you know it. I see you have some questions about finding chewable calcium citrate, wal mart use to carry it they were called Citracal calcium chews and they were really really good , like eating a piece of candy,. But the last few times I have looked for them they haven’t been in the stores. Since I can swallow the pills and I have been since about week 4 I take the citracal calcium citrate petites with vit D and magnisum.

On the b=100 I have never taken just the B-100 I take Super B complex it gives me the b-100 with all the other b vits too. Plus I give myself a b-12 shot 2x a month. Dr. H. says that if you don’t kneed it you will flu**** out of your system in your urine. My labs have all been absolutely perfect with nothing out of whack in any way.

Once your surgery is over you will start caring about yourself in a big big way . I now wear earings and necklaces something I haven’t worn in years. I wear makeup again now too. I like what I see again now , well all except the wrinkles and bags and sags lol but when I dress up they don’t show too bad lol

TRACI: oh wow did you get your new baby yesterday? Was that a present from your hubby or a gift to yourself?

Lol tell your mom I can join her on the sheet snob train, I cant stand rough sheets, I cant sleep on them , I know , I know , but I lay awake all night itching. Lol

CHELLE: well sounds like you had two or three christmass. The more the merrier I say. Especially if you are getting presents at all of them. Lol

That is discouraging when we don’t eat any of the good stuff and still gain weight isnt it? Maybe it was osmosis. That is what I use to say before I had surgery. That it came onto me as weight by me just standing next to it. Lol

Sounds like a good excuse to me how about you?

When do you go back to school? And is this your last year?

Well everyone im going to bed and get settled now so I can get up in the morning early and have my P.T, and then we have to go to the gas company to get it set up for them to deliver a gas tank and put in the lines to the trailer our house and the green house.

Then im going to go and buy a new gas cook stove, one of the ones that has a sealed top so nothing can boil over in to the pan. Is easy clean up with them. As easy as the elec with the glass cook top.

Morning everyone Wow - we do have a lot of surgeries coming!  Do all these folks have angels?!!  Other news:  I just got my dates for OH support group leader training.  I need to look at my calendar to see which of these dates I can do - I may try to do all three classes in one day.  That's a LOT, but it might be easier for me to just bite the bullet and do it if my hubby will be home to tend to the children.   After that, I can earnestly begin starting that support group here in Sullivan for those of us in and around this area.  My pastors have already agreed we can meet at my church - so we have a meeting place!  I get my new puppy TODAY!!!!   A web design client of mine breeds Cavaliers and is giving me this pup.  So it's a gift from her; but we were planning to get a tri color male pup, and that's why she offered it to me.    Yikes, times a wastin' - I've got to go feed dogs, kids and get myself ready to go get the puppy.  The lady lives in Salem, so that's about an hour or so from me, so I better get hustling to get everything done I need to in order to leave on time. Have a great day everyone.
