Gaining weight with WLS
Yes, it is possible to gein weight after having WLS. Like David Letterman, here are my top 5 ways to gain weight back after having WLS.
5. Don't exercise.
4. Eat lots of carbs.
3. Don't get in you water and vitamins.
2. Don't keep track of your food.
And the number 1 way.......
1. Don't get support.
People, I am speaking from experience. I did great for a while, then decided to "go it alone." As a result, I have gained back about 30 pounds I worked so hard to lose.
So, I am starting from scratch, reading the notebook Dr. Hornbostel's office gave me. I WILL NOT go back to the way it was. I WILL SUCCEED!!!
Thanks for letting me vent.
