St.Charles/St.louis employers that pay

I was hoping someone in the area could help me.  I will be starting a job search soon, and was wondering if I could get any input regarding employers in the area who cover WLS on their insurance. My husband's policy excludes WLS of any kind.  I don't think it would be very good etiquette to call around and ask that...but maybe I'll have to get desperate, lol. But if there's anyone in the area who knows of employers who cover it, the info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My husband works for Pfizer and their insurance covers it.

My husband works for FedEx Ground and it its covered.  I work for UMSL and it is covered.

My husband works for AT&T and it covered my surgery.
