DePaul Dinner Tonight

Anyone going to the DePaul Dinner tonight?  My roomie ditched me cause of work.  So I was wondering if there would be any familiar faces?

I didn't see anything about a dinner there tonight.  Is it only for Post-op patients.  My surgery is scheduled there for Jan. 30th.  I looked a few days ago to see if there was a support group meeting tonight, but their website looked like it was an informational seminar.

I got my invitation when I went to my appointment.  Call and see if you can attend.

Me! Me!! I will be there.  I will look for ya. I am excited. I haven't gotten to dress up in so long. I called to see what I should wear. The said some people really dress up and other were just nice clothes, like to go to church. I was scouring the second hand shops this morning. Nothing in my closet fits. I am down almost 80 lbs since the last time I dressed up. I found a couple choices.  So I have to run out and gets some hose. I haven't worn them in so long. See ya there!!

I think it is just for post op people. We received invites in the mail and we had to RSVP.  Sorry. If your surgery is at the end of the month you will get an invite next year. Who Hoo.. something to look forward to. (((HUGS))) and prayers, Rebecca

So - how was the dinner?

I was so bummed at the last minute my little guy decide to vomit all over the bathroom.  Needless to say I didn't get to go.    I hope everyone had a good time!

I went it was very nice. I even won an attendence prize.

Cant wait to go again next yr.
