Need referral info for a friend

Hi all, I haven't been on the site in a long time.  I am doing really well.  Have met my goal size, but weight is higher than I hoped it would be.  That's ok though.  I am in a size 10 pants!! I have a coworker living in the Sullivan area that is on medicaid and medicare that would like to visit a surgeon to determine what her options are.  Does anyone have experience with governmental services and love their surgeon?  Jane would like to correspond with you if you can share information. Hi Diana I'm in Sullivan too - but my insurance paid for my surgery, so can't help from personal experience; but there is a thread here on the board that lists some surgeons that do accept Medicaid and Medicare - perhaps that would help.  Also, you and your friend are both welcome to the new WLS support group meeting I'm starting in Sullivan!  Info in my sig line and on my web site.  We'd love to have you!
