Protein bar/ball recipe
the one i make you use Splenda in it.
one cup peanut butter,
one cup splenda
one cup protein powder
2 cups of uncooked old fashioned oats.
mix together, make balls the size of walnuts , put on wax paper on cookie sheet and put in ref for a while then put in air tight container in the ref.
Have about 10 grams of protein each.
