Prayer's NEEDED!!!!!!!
Hello Everyone:
I need to see if I can get all of our Prayer Warriors out there to say a prayer for my family today. As some of you know my hubby & I have been raiseing my brother-in-law's son and his girlfriends daughter since Sept of last year. Well the parents of these children have split up. And the Mother came to Terry & I and asked us to get in touch with our attorney to have paper's drwn up to sign away her paternial right away and give them to Terry & I. And if the Father of just the baby didnt also. The mother was going to take both kids and leave the area and we would never get to see either child again. Well needless to say the father (brother-in-law) signed the paper's too. And were in the process of adopting both kids. Well now the father of the baby has been starting all kind of trouble. Since the Mother in no longer in the state of Missouri. He is wanting to fight us on the adoption of his son. And has made several threats, put the baby in danger, called and hotlined my hubby & I concerning my father-in-law (which is my hubby's and my brother-in-law's father) the one we moved in with to help him out. Has made harrising phone calls, snet people to our house telling us to watch our backs, ect. You name it he has been doing it. Andway my hubby finally has enough and went to the courts and got an order of protection on behalf of the baby. That way the father of the baby cant call, come by the house, send friends over, trespass on the property, ect.
Well today (Wed) we go to court to see if the judge will carry over the order of protection for the baby until after we go to court for the final adoption hearing. I really need EVERYONE to pray that God keeps both of these kids here with my hubby and I. And that the judge will order the protection order in full force. For how ever long it take until we get our court date for the adoption.
He is an unfit parent. And doesnt even want to baby but to only use him as leverage to try and get the baby's mother to come back.
I will post just as soon as my hubby gets out of court. But we both would greatly appricate it if everyone would join us in prayer today. And ask God to let these beatiful precious babys stay in the only home he has known and the only parents he has known for the last 7 months.

I know i speak for everyone on the board Melissa, We will all pray that all goes well and that things happen the way you want them too. You have had a lot put on your plate at one time havent you dear. God is watching over you hang on.
