The new girl.

Hello all.  My name is Louise and I just signed up today!  I am so glad to have found this website,  so many helpful people.   Well my status on WLS is,  I have already seen my PCM and have just had my Psych Evaul yesterday.  So far all is good.  Everyone is on board.  I go to my seminar on the 6th, then I can be scheduled for a consult.   All about me. I am 27, have one child, am married,  live on Whiteman AFB.  I have been batteling weight for about 8 years now.  And I know that is not as long a most but it has been misreable.  I was always an athlete in high shcool and now I feel like a fat blob who cannot even play with her child.  But I am lucky in the fact that my husband, mom, and dad are with me on this journey.  And I also have a very dear friend who is going through this right now, just a few steps ahead of me.  I am very lucky to have her.     I will be on here a lot now that I have found this site so I am looking foward to talking with you all.   Louise

Hello and how are you.  I see you are at WAFB.  My husband is air force also.  Is tricare paying for your surgery?  Did your PCM send you to the psych eval?  I have to see doctor H. in may due to I will be at rosecrans AFB this april 6.  I have a civilian doctor, due to milage and our twins needing care urgently at times.  Good luck.  I would love to hear from you.
