I am still new to this journey so I need to ask a question.  Is it true that the B12 tablets discolor your teeth?  Thanks for your help! Meg

I've never heard that.  I've been taking them for almost 3 years post-op, and my teeth are fine.  Good luck on your journey.  Your surgeon is one of the best! Patty

I've never heard that either.   Personally, I don't take the B12 tablets, I do two shots per month.
