Hi everyone,

I am in a hurry right now-but wanted to get this posted quick like so I can stay on track. We have several new prayer requests-and hopefully some new praise reports. Please see the long list in the prayer request post for yesterday as they are still the same. Thanks, and I would like to add to that long list yesterday:

Please pray for Shannon C and her procedure this morning. For a safe surgery and speedy recovery.

Please pray for Connie W and her family. She did lose her dad on Monday and the funeral is today. Please pray that they have strength and peace of mind.

Please pray for Barbara S and her sister. She got news yesterday that her sister doesnt have long to live-and she is on Hospice at home-I believe in Florida-so not close where Barbara can go and visit her easily. Please pray for her and her family (sister too) to have peace of mind and strength and that her sister doesnt suffer.

Please pray for Lana-that her new medicine works. She is not one easily pulled down by anything-and the R/A and the pain has really had a bad affect on her. Lets pray that the meds work for her finally-and also for her to have travelers mercy as her and hubby are going out of state today for a couple of days.

Please pray for Rachael (ritzy) that the doctors can find out what is wrong with her and that its an easy fix. Lets pray for her health and also for her to be peaceful-not scared.

Please pray for Deb Ds son, Jake-that the situation at his school is over-and no more problems. Lets pray that its worked itself out and that Jake can be happy again-not dreadful of school because of bullies.

Please pray for Patty (piffin) she was in a horrible car accident and is still in the hospital. Lets pray for her quick recovery.

Please pray that Mels BIL, Mark who beat her up last Sat-that the judge will NOT reduce his bond, which will help him to get out of the county jail. Thanks.

Thanks everyone-and if something isnt listed-its more than likely on yesterdays long list of prayer requests. If I had more time I would repost it all. God knows our hearts and he hears our prayers. There is power in prayer. If you have a request or a praise report-please dont hesitate to post it here and we will pray for it - and we will congratulate your praise reports. God Bless everyone, Janet

Oh Bless You for posting your experience after surgery!  I have been hoping someone would post all the details...  17 more days for me!  Monday I go to Sedalia for my hospital pre-op testing and conferences.  It is a 3½ hr. drive and I'm to be there by 8:45.  So it will be a long day for us.  I've been eating with my medicines, but Monday the 14th I'm the mandatory all liquid diet.  I will ask at the hospital just what I'm supposed to do about that.  Don't think I can go through another bad stomach upset from my meds again.  Thats not good for the lining of your stomach when medicines to that to you.

I'm glad to hear you are feeling stronger.  Please be careful and allow others to help you- even with the simple things....  us girls sometimes thing we can do it all....ha!

There is a support meeting at 5:30 that day I believe at the Springfield St John's Bia. Surgery Center.  If some of you go to that meeting, please make sure I'm right on this....I wrote it on my calendar a long time ago.

Goodness! so many many needs!   Janet, thank you for doing these past two posts I am journaling all these requests so as to be faithful to do what I say I will... This helps greatly and will eliminate all the little scribbled papers I have all over. To those of you that are in need of prayer!  Know that God is right there along side you, you can trust Him, lean on Him, take comfort from Him  and find peace! Thanks again Janet, bec
