Accident update - kinda long

I thought I'd bring everyone up-to-date on my progress.  Right now I am able to ambulate from the bed to a bedwide commode and back.  The physical therapist has me doing leg exercises, and is teaching me to use a walker like crutches.  I can't bear weight on my right leg for 6-8 weeks, and can't use crutches because I have little strength in my arms.  I have access to an electric wheelchair when I get back to school but need to do something for short distqances.  So.....it's frustrating, and painful, but we'll get there.  I'm hoping to get out of the hospital Wednesday and go back to work either the 17th or 22nd.  We'll see how it goes. Patty you are still in our prayers daily. Hope each and every day will see an improvement. dont push going back to work too fast . I know how flustrating physical therapy can be but is a necessity. push on ....
