weight loss / ticker trouble

Ok Nosies LOL just kidding. When I went in before my liquid diet , I was at 371, when I went in on surgery day, I was 355, today when they weighed me, I was 355. I guess I still haven't gotten rid of all the iv weight, I think a week of clear liquids after surgery I should of done more than maintain my liquid diet weight???? however I may be pre mentrual too, I always tend to gain 5-7 lb.s of water "around that time" . Hey can anyone explain to me step by step how to get the ticker for my profile? I figured out how to find it, set it up, but where do I put it? there's a code and all , but I don't know where to paste it!!  thanks friends, susan   p.s the mashed taters went down sooo good ummmm....however..................................It didn't take to long to come right back out either lol, gotta watch the carbs right?! (i had 4 tsp)(and yes , you are so right about "head hungries") such a hard hard habit to break!
