I met my first mini goal!!!!!!
My first mini goal was to be under 300 pounds,well..........
As of this morning I am at 299#!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited!!!
My next mini goal is to lose 100 pounds. Can't wait until I am there.
I have also lost 29 1/2 inches. That's too cool!

wheee how exciting. you only have 30 pounds to go to get to your next goal wow. did that all ever seem possible before surgery? I guess your whole family are backing you now?

of course they are now, they sure gave you grief before didnt they....that is ok now tho....keep up the good work. oh we are going to meet in the Sedalia park June 1st around noon then go to Dr. H. support meeting that night will count as our one year and two year etc visit. lol
