If you are drinking creamed soup do you still need to stop drinking 30 min prior to it and wait 30 min after to drink again? LMK Meg

that isnt a stupid question but i see that no one has attempted to answer you. lol wonder why? doesnt make a lot of sense except to get in the habit of doing so. and with it being thicker than water it will remain in the stomach a little longer than water will so i would say follow the rules and stop the water before. Now we will see how many answer now and give their opinion..

I would think you shouldn't drink with it I didn't I try very hard to follow the rules I don't want to do anything to mess this up but it isn't a stupid question there are no stupid questions correct. Karen
