AM I DONE?????
Well, I swear in the last 2 weeks, I've only lost about 4 lbs. I'm so worried that I won't lose anymore weight. So far I have done tremendously well, but I want to lose more. I have 35 lbs to go to my goal and I know as I near it, it will get harder. Geez, it hasn't even been 5 months since surgery - I can't be done yet, can I?
Renee,
You are doing so great. You were, like me, considered a lightweight and we do lose a little slower - but it took me about 8 months to lose 100 pounds and then about 3 more to lose the last 15. You'll get there if you are doing everything right. It's a gradual process - it takes longer than we want always but it will happen and you are looking wonderful.
Keep the faith - you can do it.

Be patient and stay the course! It took me 12 months to lose 98 lbs and 18 months to get to goal so, you are doing good. I suspect you could look back and find you were at your current weight for a while and so your body thinks well, maybe I should be here. Your body doesn't know why it is losing weight and thinks you are starving it and it looks for any weight that you stayed at for awhile.
You will get there. Hang in!
Hugs; Barbara
