This Sat June 7th @ 12:00 P.M. we will be having a clothing exchange and lowcarb / potluck lunch .  You are welcome to bring to share with other or just bring what you want to eat most important is bring yourself and your clothes that you have shurnk out of.  Or if you just want to come visit with us that would be great we love to talk.  Hope to see ya there if you know you are coming It would be great if you could just replay and let us know that you plan on coming and if you are bring a dish what you plan to bring.  If you have beforee and after photos please bring them to share with others.
