Just wondering if you ladies will be able to make the Clothing Exchange I'm so anxious to meet you all. 

I so so so wish I could be there! Unfortunetly, I just have too much to do before my surgery on the 23rd of this month! I have the most busiest month this month! I have family coming next weekend, then my MIL will be down to take care of me after surgery. I will make one of your support group meetings though!! I am so proud of how you took control and made a support group in the area!  Did you have to do a two week liquid diet? If you did, how did you get through it? I am starting my diet on the 9th. I know I can do it ****ep telling myself that!), but in all honesty, it scares me more than the surgery! Any advice would be great! Please let me know how the pot luck/clothing exchange goes, and when you will be having the next meeting!!

HI Cassie I completely understand the anxiousness (is that a word?) and scattered thoughts and trying to remember to get every little detail in order just in case...  I hope this month flies by for you which I know it will it did for me.  I can't wait to meet you  when you're on the loser's bench and feelin good!!!  Thanks for the compliment.  No I didn't have to do a liquid diet with my surgeon.  Just a light meal the night before and nothing after midnight.    I did have to do a liquid diet for a couple days when I had a colonoscopy and what saved me was broth and popcicles!!!  I'll post pics of our Clothing Exchange I posted a couple from the last meeting but I can't see them on my computer so I don't know if they showed u*****t.  Our next support group meeting is the 11th of this month at the Osage Beach Library.  Where do you live??  Take Care!! ~Angie!

I actually live in Kansas City, but my home town is Camdenton. My mom and dad live only a couple of minutes farther south from Deb. Me and my husband go to the Lake all of the time. Almost every other weekend.  The only thing I get during this liquid diet is water, vitamins, and protien shakes. I am kind of scared about it! I know I can do it though!!

I won't be back in Camdenton until the fourth of July. I will be staying at my moms for a couple of weeks while I am healing. I am trying to get in a small vaction while I am recovering from surgery!

HI Angie --- I'm sorry I wont be able to make it up for the exchange. I'm working Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I'm disappointed I wont be able to come and hang out with ya'll! Hope it goes well and everyone has a great time. Dont forget to post and tell us all about it :) Amanda
