Hello MO Peeps~

I missed last Friday posting the weekly weigh in, and due to surgery and such, forgot to ask someone to do it-so this will be a 2 week weigh in-LOL.

I hope the scale was nicer to you than it has been to me the past 2 weeks. Think maybe because of the surgery and bloating etc, I have put on some pounds, hope it comes back off soon!~

Weight Day of Seminar (07/08/06)=438#

Weight Day of Surgery (11/29/060=394#

Weight 2 weeks ago Friday=179 lbs

Weight today=183

Weight gain this week=4 lbs (was 6# Monday)

Total weight loss=255#

Hi all I usually don't post here because I don't weigh weekly but I decided what the heck lol so here goes Weight Day of Surgery (1/22/08)=557lbs Weight 6/3/08=363lbs Total weight loss=194lbs 6 more lbs til I lose 200!!!

Starting point 1/07----298 lbs

Day of surgery 3/07---280 lbs Today 6/08-------------166 lbs total loss------------------132 lbs goal is 160---6lbs away!!!!!!!!

Went to Dr. Friday had another 5 lb loss... just where I wanted to be on 6 month diet. Thank you all for posting it is such an encouragment to me! bec
