Ok its not what your thinking. But tomorrow I will be walking my first 5K! Its called the Hospital Hill run/ walk. Yes I am 3 weeks out and gonna give it a try. I may come in last place but I do plan to finish. May take me 2 hours but I will make it.

This course is actually 3.19 miles and a 5k=3.10 miles weight is great I am at 360 as of this morning. down 27 lbs since day of surgery and 76 lbs total.
