I am asking if anyone has had surgery with any of the "medical tourism" groups in either Mexico or India?  I am looking at both since I am in my second appeal process with the insurance.  I am willing to pay a lawyer for help but my cash is limited.  Please advise.  I understand there are risks and lack of support coming home, but................. I don't have WLS experience but would not be afraid in Mexico. Most of their surgeons have trained in the US and the post-surgery care I've read about is very kind and compassionate. Post on the main board and you should get some responses.

"WLS is about making better choices, a healthier lifestyle and seeing how little you can eat.  Portion control is the key to all weight loss surgeries.  Bottom line - it isn't how much you can eat - it is how little you can eat."
