Ticker VS Count Down Clock....

Okay, I am wanting to put a count up clock on my signature instead of a ticker... The ticker says I have 1 month, 4wks and 1 day... The Clock says I have 1 month and 27 days.... I dont know why I am getting 2 different answers... can I put the clock up on here? If so, how? WHen I copy and pasted it just had the link and I couldnt copy the clock it wouldnt let me...
