Whats a pouch test?

Got a question? What's a pouch test and when and why do you do one? What's the purpose of it? I have read lots of post and have heard people doing it but never understood why you do it, when your supose to do it or how you do it?????????

Hey Bev,

I've used the 5 day pouch test to get myself back on track with my weightloss, I was eating a few things that were wrong and was having such trouble with the carb demon, the pouch test really helps get ya back on track and stuff, its also designed to help those that have had surgery for awhile now and need a lil jump start on their pouch.
